Photography Rates

Rates vary based on the number of images required, distance to the location, and complexity of the shoot (i.e. is a dusk shot required?).

Please, feel free to give me a call at the number above to discuss your needs.

All photography includes:

Image capture
Image retouching (removal of leaves in pools, electrical wires, etc.)
Email or direct image file delivery to any Real Estate publication, usually within 48 hours.
FTP server space containing all of the image files prepared for print output.
Five years, non-exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to use the photos for Real Estate advertising only.
Travel within service area of L.A., Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties.
